So that you can enjoy your cruise and your day's holiday on board our ships we are pleased to support you beginning with your reservation until your stay aboard our ships.
The following information and services will be offered:

• address of the landing stage or driving map / route planner
• information about the ship (on the basis of our operating schedule available approx. 7 days befor cruise)
• taxi service on board
• special dietary requests (Please note that all dietary requests can not be accomodated.)
• embarkation before all other passengers
• wheelchair-accessible table in the restaurants (height at least 75 cm)
• handicapped-accessible toilets
• Your escort will be transported free of charge on round and scheduled cruises, if your identification document includes a "B" for special needs.
• Your companion dog will be transported free of charge and is welcome aboard!
